Return & Refund Policy

At NameMyCase, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order (for non-customized products), we offer the following options:


Return Conditions

Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all labels, accessories, and any original documentation are included in the return.

Customized items cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.


Incorrect or Defective Item

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you are eligible for a full refund, replacement, or repair at no additional cost. To initiate a return for an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at info@namemycase.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue (e.g., incorrect item, defect found)
  3. A photo or video showing the issue

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. This timeframe includes item inspection and accounting processing.


How to Initiate a Return

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (excluding defects or errors on our part), return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

No restocking fees are applied to returns.


Refund Amount & Exchange Timeframe

Refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after your return is approved.

Refunds will be issued for the exact amount paid for the product.

For exchanges, please allow 1 to 2 weeks to receive your new item.
